I thought you might enjoy a nice renovation listing post. This home is located at 262 Tami St. in Kilgore, TX (Sabine ISD) and has the potential to be on HGTV...that's how drastic this remodel is!

The laundry room was very dark. The storage space was GREAT, but
it could always be improved with more lighting.
The master bathroom was larger than the typical 1970's style
but had wallpaper and out-dated finishes.
The guest bathroom had some great storage space but
the mirrors, counter tops and fixtures all needed some updating.
The kitchen had some great countertop space and cabinet storage,
but just needed a modern touch!
